Purchasing Online

Will all the item from the same order arrive together?

Orders should all be delivered in the same 3-5 day window. It's possible products can be sent separately and arrive at different times.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Preorders and Backorders (except personalized or made-to-order) that have not yet shipped can be cancelled by contacting us as soon as possible. Orders for items immediately available cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been successfully submitted.

Each product page will include a size guide with general recommendations to help determine your best fit. If you need additional assistance please contact us.

Which payment methods do you accept?

UOLO Clothing accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement. 

If payment is not accepted online, please contact your bank for approval of your transaction or select an alternate form of payment. Please note that your billing address, phone number, and email must match the information on your credit card statement. 

When will my credit card be charged?

Items Available Now: To accommodate payment authorization and packaging, please allow up to two business days to obtain shipping information. Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order but will be authorized for verification purposes. The transaction will be charged to your credit card after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed availability and prepared your order for shipping. 

Can I use multiple methods of payment?

At this time we only accept one (1) form of payment per order.

Will I be charged sales tax?

UOLO Clothing charges applicable state, local and county taxes on online transactions. Your on-screen total reflects estimated tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated tax.

Which shipping options are available?

We use a variety of carriers including: UPS USPS FedEx Royal Mail DHL  DPD India Mail

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

We can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.

Can I ship internationally?

We ship worldwide! Tracking for online purchases are restricted for U.S. addresses at this time. 

How can I track my order?

UOLO Clothing will send you several emails during the order process to keep you informed of the status of your purchase. Please note that during peak times, your order can take up to 3-5 business days to process before it ships. Please add this time to your selected shipping method to anticipate the delivery of your order. 

When can I expect delivery of my order?

To estimate the total delivery time for immediately available items, please refer to the shipping availability provided at on the product page and at checkout. 

 

Returns

What is your return policy? How many days do I have to return a product?

For online purchases, UOLO Clothing will accept merchandise in its original condition for a refund of the purchase price when accompanied by the original invoice. 

Return merchandise must be post marked within 14 days from the date of delivery within the United States. 

UOLO Clothing will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled or damaged.

UOLO Clothing reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in UOLO Clothing’s sole discretion. 

Merchandise returned to Uoloclothing.net will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

How does the referral program works, and what rewards can I earn?

How it works:

  1. Sign up to be  UOLO Brand Ambassador by creating an account under the " Get %40 Off" tab.
  2. Give yourself and your friends 40% off coupon codes for first purchase.
  3. Earn 10% commission for every successful referral! 
  4. It can be redeemed once it has reached the $25 minimum.

Is there a minimum payout?

The Minimum affiliate earning before payouts is $25 in store credit.

Is there any target and any bonus for reaching it?

Yes, if your sale commissions reach $200 in a 30 days period. You get a $20 bonus.
